Installation of solids, engineered wood, and laminates
We work with all different
species of wood, and will work with you to determine which works best in
your home and with your budget.
Refinishing/restorations
Our free estimates determine what needs to be done to bring your floor
back to life. Patching, replacing, re-sanding and refinishing—if your
floors require repairs, we’ll revive them.
Hand-scraped/distressed
Hand-scraped or distressed floors are especially popular in the
Southwest. If you’re aiming for a rustic look, consider this added
touch. These floors also can take a lot of abuse without showing it.
Reclaimed woods
Whether you want a “green” choice or a rustic look, reclaimed woods
make a great choice. Reclaimed wood is also referred to as recycled wood,
as it is “harvested” from existing wood structures rather than from
nature. It is increasing popular in the Southwest, and earns credits under
the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program. They are
more expensive, but can be well worth the extra money.
Stairs
Extending your hardwood flooring plans to include your
staircases often makes for a richer, more complete look to your home.
Buff and recoat
If your floors are looking a little lackluster of late, a quick buff and
recoat can restore some of the shine. While this will not eliminate all
scratches, it usually will restore them to 80 or 90 percent.
Free estimates
All estimates are free, and proposals and contracts are faxed, e-mailed,
or mailed (depending on your preference) within one to two business days.
Proposals can include several options, and are itemized so you can see not
only the price of each option, but also what each option entails.
Atomic Dust Containment System from Bona
The dust containment system eliminates 80 to 90 percent of airborne dust
generated from the sanding process through powerful vacuum motors that
connect to the sanding equipment. The Bona system is the only
GREENGUARD-certified system in the industry.
Coverage Areas:
We work mainly Valley-wide, but will travel to areas outside
the Valley within the state of Arizona. Travel costs such as
transportation, overnight accommodations, and meals will apply.

We maintain regular office hours and are available
to answer questions, schedule your free estimate, and more via phone
Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We occasionally step out of the office, usually for no more
than one hour, and promptly return messages.
Because of the nature of the job,
maintaining an efficient schedule is important; we also value your
schedule, and therefore are known for being punctual, and calling if
unforeseen traffic or urgent circumstances arise that would cause us to be
late.
